A Message From Our CEO

Over the past decade I’ve seen and heard a lot of stories about legal marketing and case acquisition campaigns being performed with a lot of ‘gray area’ involved. This never sat well with me. When founding LMC, I wanted to focus on how to do business the right way. Making sure that our programs and campaigns were compliant with the marketing ethics opinions of the bar associations of all 50 states. I wanted to ensure that every ad set created and the verbiage in our information pages are done in compliance. I have designed all of our marketing and intake work, which is done as an extension of our law firm partners, to meet the same standards as if the work were being done in-house by the firm.
I set out to assemble a team that is as passionate about helping the injured and finding a pathway to justice as the law firms we work with. In an opaque industry, I truly believe that transparency and integrity supersede profit margins. This is how the trust is formed with every law firm we partner with. All of our partner firms are granted backend access into our case management system. This enables the law firm to see every potential claimant lead that has been generated and the status of that potential claimant in the litigation cycle.
Our partners also have a real time marketing report, where they can see every dollar that has been spent, the management and intake expenses associated with the campaign, and both raw and realized lead and acquisition costs. I’ve found that if our partners are looking at the same data as we are, then we are always on the same page. This also ensures that the law firm can make the best decisions regarding their involvement in the litigation based on the metrics and advisement and insights and I can provide.
